Adoption locates and reunions-

• We have three AZ Supreme Court licensed Confidential Intermediaries who are also AZ DPS licensed Investigators on staff ready to help you get in contact with your biological parents, siblings, or children that were transitioned to new families during the adoption or foster process.  
• Experts in this field they quickly navigate through the process of interfacing with the government and your sealed juvenile adoption case records, locating them, contacting them, setting up a reunion that suits both parties, and the exchange of non-identifying information like needed medical history.
• The "Adoption Triad" consists of biological parents, adopted children, new parents to the adopted children.

We can look for:

• Biological Parents as long as you are 18 years old.
• Siblings separated in foster or adoption.
• Biological Children placed in adoption or separated.

1. You will speak to one of our friendly AZ CONFIDENTIAL INTERMEDIARIES and let them know who you are looking for and what you know or have been told.
2. They will take down your information and e-mail you a contract to sign in Adobe sign. Just click and sign and send.
3. They will send you an e-mail with their contact info and two attachments. 1. An affidavit you must sign, notarize and return so we can get an appointment with the court to view the sealed adoption file. 2. A family form to fill out with your information as parent, or the adopted parent's info. The cases are looked up that way. No one is contacted.
4. They will send you an invoice through QuickBooks that you can click on a link to pay through a secure portal.  We accept payment in full, or you can make arrangements to pay it in two- or three-monthly payments.
5. We make an appointment and then go to the court to view the sealed file to get the identifying information. 
6. Back at the office we conduct the locate investigation.
7. We contact the party and explain that you want contact and see if they are agreeable to that and find out how they like to proceed.  Phone, mail, e-mail...
8. We contact you and let you know what they said and then you make your decision. We do not go forward without your input.
9. We set up contact with you and them and then you are on your way to start a new chapter.
