1. A contract is sent by Adobe sign. No case is worked without a contract.
2. An invoice is sent by e-mail where you can click and pay if you have not pre-paid a minimum retainer through our shopping cart. 
3. Your case director is your point of contact during the investigation process and orchestrates the investigation A-Z. They may work the case themselves, or on complex cases, in combination with team investigators they assign. They will keep you updated on progress and any unexpected problems that may come up. 
4. Weekly team meetings are held regarding your case progress. This is where we make sure all team members are on track and accountable with your case. We may also tweak your case plan to overcome unforeseen difficulties or to adjust to new case goals. 
5. Documentation of evidence is the proof that backs up your case and report. Evidence is secured and documented by chain of custody. For your report it is given in the format it is in.  Public records, digital media photos, video, physical evidence...
6. Reporting of your case findings are given in a format agreed upon for your type of case.  On simple matters that may be an e-mail and verbal report.  On more complex matters formal written reports are done with documentation attached. If a case is going to court, we confer with the case attorney as to how they want the report done, and in what format. Formal, Affidavit, Declaration.   

Some cases are done in one day, others take months, or even years.  You will not be left in the dark on how your case is progressing.  Case directors will give you regular updates, but any time you want to contact your case director, please call. If they are not available, you can set up a time to speak to them or they will call you back when available. Usually the same day.
